"I want to tell you how much I appreciate the kindness and professionalism of Rebecca Wilson . I walked in off the street without an appointment asking for free advice on a trip that I was planning myself. She treated me with great respect and was very helpful. After hearing about all her great ideas, I asked her to help us purchase the airline tickets. She also encouraged us to purchase travel insurance. That trip had to be canceled due to health issues with our traveling companions. The insurance company just sent us a refund! That could have ended with a huge loss of travel dollars for us!
